Time keeping was good from both drivers but we would like to make further comments as follows which we hope will improve service you provide: 1. The buses were generally clean 2. The air condition for the 51 seater was not working hence the bus was somehow cold 3. for the mini bus, we hired a 16 seater but were disappointed when you gave us a 14 seater hence we felt cheated in this regard. If there is a chance that you looked into and redressed this issue so that we can feedback to the congregation.
