Following every coach hire trip we email the Trip leader and ask a very simple question -rate out of 5 the coach hire service you have received.
The coach hire ratings work on the following basis 5 = very happy, 4 = good, 3 = average, 2 = poor, 1 = very poor.
Obviously responding is not mandatory and therefore any rating is more likely to reflect human nature – people will make more of an effort to complain than to thank or compliment. The figures below therefore reflect what you say about our service levels as opposed to what we say. These rating levels generate a huge amount of valuable information about individual drivers, vehicles and service partners. In the spirit of transparancy we offer you the public the following information to help you make an informed decision – service level for the last 250 trips and the percentage of travellors who have offered a rating.
