Upon clearing customs, customers will find their coach waiting in a designated bay at the front of the Gatwick Airport terminal building. The airport coach marshal or the sign-posted airport information desk will be able to give specific advice, should there be any difficulty. Additionally, your driver will be contactable and will be delighted to direct you to the coach by telephone (as drivers are not permitted to leave vehicles unattended in the vicinity of the terminal building).
As an indication, this diagram (featuring the South Terminal) illustrates the key landmarks at the front of the terminal building and should enable you to find your way easily to where your coach is waiting. For flights landing in the North Terminal, your coach will be at the front of the terminal building (the driver cannot leave the vehicle unattended).
