Coach hire vehicles range from minibus hire, through to mid size standard and executive coaches up to 75 seat double deckers.

A confirmed booking or indicative coach quotes can be sourced using our online self booking tool above. For more complex bookings involving events, multiple coaches, complex itineraries our expert team of agents can be contacted by freefone (see above). The self booking tool is available with all major credit cards. For invoice and billing services one of our agents would be pleased to help. All coach quotes are generated taking into account time, mileage and season but exclude out of pocket expenses and second driver supplements. Our agents will be happy to advise how to avoid/minimise any incremental costs and out of pocket expenses where possible.

Luxury Coach Hire

Luxury Coaches, is very much about clarifying what you are getting. The coach should not be any more than 5 year old – or it has been fully refurbished. Availability can be limited on these coaches and you should clarify what is included on each vehicle. This can range from tables, fridges, drinks/catering facilities, reclining seats, entertainment and hostess service. See our Luxury Coach Hire page for more information.

We have luxury team coach hire – which are vehicles which are used for professional footbal teams. We also have specialist luxury coach hire – for weddings and corporate – which are more ‘vintage’ in style.

Executive Coach Hire

For an Executive Coach, realistically the vehicle should have aircon and all the larger vehicles (49 seat plus) should have on board toilet facilities. Disabled Access Coach Hire

The majority of disabled access vehicles for groups are minibuses, however it is possible to find full size coaches that are fully accessible. These coaches are ideal for large groups containing members in wheelchairs. There is no standard capacity for accessible coaches for coach hire however as a general rule, every wheelchair is equivalent to two seats i.e. 42 seats with one wheelchair, 40 seats with two. Budget Coach Hire

For a Standard Coach, realistically this bus has probably been used on school runs and your expectations should be for nothing more than a roadworthy properly insured vehicle. This vehicle is very unlikely to have on board toilet, aircon, or on board entertainment. At Momentum we believe due to the lack of toilets these vehicles should only be used for short distance trips (less than 50 miles). See our Standard Coach Hire page for more information.

Corporate Coach Hire

Airport Coach Hire

Due to security considerations most UK airports do not permit coach drivers to leave the coach unattended at the Airport. The driver will remain in the coach park and the passengers will make their way to the coach for departure. See our Airport Coach Hire page for information.

Each Airport has a couple of unique issues with regard to coach hire, namely the location of the coach park – for meet and greet and the cost of coach parking/meet and greet fee. See our section on airport coach hire for the procedure at each airport.

School Coach Hire

When selecting a supplier for School trips the booker should be comfortable about the vehicle’s seat belts, the Coach Company’s operators licence as well as Insurance and Risk Assessment. It is not enough to assume all is in order. See our School Coach Hire page for more information.
